Axioline is easy

The new Axioline real-time I/O system features the same degree of ease as the CLIPLINE modular terminal block range from Phoenix Contact. This is highlighted through the use of the push-in connection method as well as through the easy marking of the station with the BLUEMARK printer. You will have no doubt familiarized yourself with this already through the use of our modular terminal blocks.

Tool-free cabling

Solid conductors or conductors with ferrules are directly inserted into the terminal without tools.

The tried-and-tested push-in terminals guarantee fast cabling with ease.

Cabling from both sides

Sensors and actuators can be connected with downward and now upward output to an Axioline station.
This ensures clear cabling in the control cabinet.

Integrated I/O tester

Integrated I/O tester via USB - for convenient hardware checking

The new Startup+ software guarantees convenient hardware checking and easy diagnostics. This allows a pre-startup to be performed without connection to the higher-level system.

The connection is established directly at the bus coupler of the Axioline station via USB or RJ45.
