Device connectors - PLUSCON device
The VARIOCON connector system is suitable for use in equipment, terminal boxes and control cabinets. As a result of its modular design and the variety of contact inserts from D-SUB to FO and on to power connections, the range offers nearly unlimited application possibilities.
Modular contact inserts
The connection options range from 4-pos./70 A/690 V to 40-pos./10 A/160 V. Additional fiber optics modules are available for data transmission.
Crimp contact carriers
All advantages of the crimp system, such as machine preassembly or partial assembly, can be used with crimp contact carriers.
Sleeve housings and supporting base elements

VARIOCON sleeve housings form a seal directly on the mounting panel using two locking screws. This locking method saves space, can be accessed from above, resists vibration and fulfills the requirements of IP65/66/67 degree of protection.
For attaching without tools, versions with an easy-to-handle knurled screw are available.
