Heavy-duty industrial connectors - PLUSCON heavy

PLUSCON heavy offers you an extensive solution range of connectors for sensitive signals varying from a few mA to high currents of 200 A and with different number of positions.

QUICKON

The QUICKON Power Distribution innovation is an installation program suitable for industrial applications with shock-proof IDC fast connection technology for 4 x 2.5 mm², 690 V and 20 A. It includes all major components for the power distribution in machines, systems and buildings spread out over a large area.

The option for permanent and pluggable QUICKON connections, in connection with the fast and reliable on-site installation, offer considerable savings potential in large systems.

DUPLICON

DUPLICON from Phoenix Contact
DUPLICON is the innovative connector solution for your IP67 power bus for 7x4 mm² conductors /400/690 V/ 25 A. Its unique feature is the seamless connection from the power rail via pluggable ST-COMBI modular terminal blocks in the control cabinet and on to the PCB or plug connection on the field device. The system has very few components and is extremely flexible to use.

The sturdy, EMC-protected aluminum housing with ergonomically designed locking latches make DUPLICON qualify for the harshest of conditions. All contact inserts have a leading PE contact and are touch proof in accordance with DIN VDE 0105

HEAVYCON

Heavy-duty industrial plug connectors of the HEAVYCON series can be used under the harshest conditions. The sturdy metal housing of the connector is resistant to dirt, water, vibrations and high mechanical stress. The housings are equipped with longitudinal, lateral and central locking latches in order to meet very different requirements.

The ADVANCE housing with bayonet or screw locking can be used without a panel mounting base because the connector forms a seal directly on the housing wall. Versions with fixed numbers of positions and screw, crimp, spring-cage, push-in and QUICKON quick connections and modules for side-by-side mounting with different number of positions are available as contact inserts. These can be used for high voltages and currents, coaxial cables, bus cables, D-SUB and compressed air.
