ADVANCE housing with bayonet and screw locking
The HEAVYCON ADVANCE housings are suitable for a wide range of applications. There is no need for a panel mounting base. ADVANCE was developed on the basis of standards CECC 75 301-801, edition 1

Standard housing with locking latch
HEAVYCON housings have single, double or central locking latches. Housings with double locking latch are exceptionally space-saving; housings with single locking latch can be aligned close to each other in the longitudinal direction. Housings with central locking latches are extremely easy to operate due to the large lever arm. Thanks to the special shape of the central locking latch, female and male inserts are separated when opening the locking latch. Single and double locking latches of the B6/B10/B16/B24 series can be replaced within a few seconds. These single and double locking latches are made of high-grade steel/plastic and are exceptionally resistant to adverse conditions. The HEAVYCON standard housings comply with the IP65 degree of protection.
Contact inserts with fixed numbers of positions
Contact inserts with fixed numbers of positions are available. Contact inserts are available for most varied parameters such as Number of positions, connection cross-section, rated voltage and current. Contact inserts of the A/B/BB/D/DD/HS/HV and K series are available. Inserts of the B series are available with screw, crimp, spring-cage, push-in and QUICKON connection. Matching crimp contacts are available as pin and socket contacts with different cross-sections with a silver or gold-plated surface as well as for POF conductors.
Modular contact inserts
Modular contact inserts enable efficient individual designing of the B-shaped contact inserts. A wide module range is available for this purpose - modules with different number of positions, for high voltages and currents, for coaxial cables, bus cables, D-SUB and compressed air. Optimized connectors can thus also be assembled for unusual applications. Matching crimp contacts are available as pin and socket contacts with different cross-sections with a silver or gold-plated surface as well for POF conductors.
Terminal adapter
The terminal adapters were developed specially for heavy-duty industrial connectors of type B (500 V) and D (250 V). They combine connector contact inserts with terminal blocks forming a space-saving connection element. Together with the corresponding HEAVYCON panel mounting base, this ensures that the cable entry through the control cabinet walls corresponds to industrial requirements. The range includes terminal adapters with screw, push-in and QUICKON connections.
