About 1: H-distributor
The QUICKON H-distributor is a compact and rugged terminal box that can be connected quickly.
The four QUICKON connections are internally connected with each other such that it can be used as an H-distributor with one continuous master cable and two cable branches or as a star distributor with one infeed line and three cable outlets.
About 2: Connectors
This connector with a capacitive PE contact is predestined for the quick replacement of devices during servicing or in installations with pre-assembled conductors. It is polarized against incorrect plugging and is protected against finger contact in accordance with DIN EN 0105.
Like all QUICKON components, the QUICKON connector is extremely compact, robust and can be quickly connected. The green screw locking is an operating element in contrasting colors.
About 3: Conductor connectors
The QUICKON cable connector is a good choice for cable extensions or repairs. The two connections are coded to protect against mismating and are protected against polarity reversal.
A touch-proof design in accordance with DIN EN 0105 on both sides means application safety in harsh environments. A typical coupling connection for flexible use is available in connection with the QUICKON connector. The cable connector will be available in stock again starting the 4th quarter of 2008.
About 4: Panel feed-throughs
Panel feed-throughs are cable glands that can be connected from the outside. As a result, devices need not be opened any longer to connect the cables.
For internal wiring, we offer pre-assembled individual conductors with a length of 0.5 m and 1 m, and a connection for flat plug-in contacts (4.8 x 0.8 mm). We can also offer other conductor variants for flexible use on request. The panel feed-through with push-in connection is available from the 4th quarter of 2008.
