From the compact Inline Control (ILC) control system to the high-performance Remote Field Controller (RFC) for maximum control system performance, Phoenix Contact offers a comprehensive portfolio for the control system technology.
Our control systems can be easily extended to the terminals of the Inline I/O system. They can be operated as the head of a remote control substation as well as a remote control center and can always be extended with various modems without any problem.
The RFCs also have an integrated diagnostics display which displays process-related information and event-controlled error messages directly on site.
Numerous digital and analog modules from the Inline automation module are available for decentral input or output of signals; these modules ensure process and diagnostics information as well as control signals between field devices and a higher-level control system.
As an extension of our control systems, they ensure system availability through the integrated channel-specific diagnostics. Phoenix Contact provides suitable I/O modules even for the HART communication and the FDT support.
A special advantage of our I/O system: Defective terminals can be replaced quickly and easily without re-cabling.
The the application is programmed, hardware is configured and the telecontrol paths are configured universally with a single tool in accordance with IEC 61131, namely the PC WORX automation software. In the AUTOMATIONWORX Software Suite, we provide you all engineering tools.
This programming tool can also be used to configure data transmission to the control system.
For applications requiring a combination of control and on-site operation and visualization, Phoenix Contact offers multi-functional control systems with touch display.
These control panels can be easily integrated into the existing networks and intuitively programmed using our PC WORX software.
