MCR technology
Measurement, control and regulation are the core functions in water conservation. Only the uninterrupted availability of the entire system ensures the required operational reliability.
Even here, Phoenix Contact provides solutions and components that guarantee a safe and problem-free system operation at all times.
Protecting devices and data
Phoenix Contact offers a comprehensive range of surge protection components for the reliable protection of signal conductors and power supply units against lightning strikes.

To check the pump on startup and for maintenance, measuring instruments can simply be looped in with knife disconnect terminal blocks.
The standardized disconnect zone in the CLIPLINE complete system also allows component or fuse connectors to be used to protect the signals.
You can select connection methods freely: Screw, spring-cage, leg spring and quick connection.

With the electronic motor starter with motor management (ELR-MM), Phoenix Contact provides continuous status monitoring of the connected electrical drives as well a safe and wear-free switching of the same.
The integrated effective power measurement and the motor management can be used to protect pumps against a dry run as well as to detect blocked filters. Expensive damage to your mechanical system can thus be minimized in advance.

In water conservation, various signals need to be adapted to the programmable logic controllers (PLC) or suppressing interferences need to be suppressed frequently.
Our MINI Analog modules with real 3-way isolation fulfill these requirements with maximum precision and adopt the functions of integrating devices and isolating potentials.
