ST-COMBI - The power behind the plug-in system for the control cabinet


ST-COMBI redefines pluggability in the control cabinet. Powerful plug-in contacts - 32 A at 800 V - guarantee operational safety even in critical applications. The 6 mm slim contact terminals can be assembled with any number of positions. They can be used for all applications in the control cabinet, such as panel feed-throughs, terminal strip connections, wire-to-wire connections or PCB connections.

With the further improved plug-in system of the ST-COMBI range, pluggable wiring up to a rated current of 32 A at 800 V is possible. The contact system meets the most stringent of vibration requirements due to the integrated overspring. The pluggable COMBI range covers not only the wide spectrum of basic terminal blocks for all connection systems, but also receptacles for PCB mounting, DIN rail mounting and mounting in panel cutouts, as well as free-hanging and snap-in connections.

Modular, pluggable
Pluggable connections are the basis for the modular control cabinet and for plant engineering. Using individually configured connectors, signals can be distributed in and around the control cabinet, fast and reliably. For this purpose, Phoenix Contact offers not only a wide variety of pluggable basic terminal blocks with all types of connection for all fields of plant engineering, but also receptacles:
  • For the PCB
  • As panel feed-through
  • As free-hanging connection with and without engagement pin, for mounting on metal plates or in cable ducts
  • As DIN rail mountable version.

The extension of the ST-COMBI system to cross sections of up to 4 mm² allows pluggable wiring up to a rated current of 32 A and a rated voltage of 800 V. The contact system meets the most stringent of vibration requirements due to the integrated overspring.

Standardized accessories (CLIPLINE complete system)

The uniform accessories of the CLIPLINE complete system allow well-organized warehousing and procurement, at the same time saving space and costs.

The terminal blocks of the ST series have the same plug-in zones and bridge shafts as the UT screw, DT leg spring, or QT quick connection terminal blocks. For maximum flexibility and efficiency with a minimum of variety of parts.
