Function terminals with PE foot for the space-saving grounding or shielding of signal lines
In a few industrial sectors and branches, e.g. in oil and gas refineries or on drilling platforms, double-level and multi-level terminal blocks are not accepted.
If there is still desire for a connection option for grounding or shielding, the new function terminals (UT 4-PE/...) with proven screw connection method and PE foot integrated on one side save space.
This task can be realized with only two terminal blocks, a function terminal with PE foot and another standard feed-through terminal block.
- Knife disconnect terminal block without and with test socket screws
- Basic terminal blocks for plugging disconnect, component or fuse connectors without and with test socket screws
- Diode terminal blocks without and with test socket screws
- Lever-type fuse terminal blocks without and with illumination signaling
- Lever-type disconnect terminal blocks are the same shape as lever-type fuse terminal block
Possible combinations
The function terminals with PE foot can be ideally combined with the feed-through (UT 4-MTD), knife disconnect (UT 4-MT) and basic terminal blocks (UT 4-TG) of the same shape.
They are closed on both sides, which makes it unnecessary to have additional cover elements. The familiar CLIPLINE complete accessories such as bridges, disconnect, component or fuse connectors can be used.
