DT Direct Terminal auto-spring connection
The DT direct terminal series is particularly suitable for wiring solid and stranded conductors with ferrules. These types of conductors are just pushed into the terminal block. The screwdriver is only needed to release the connection. All the DT series terminal blocks can of course be combined with the modular terminal blocks of the CLIPLINE complete system.
Using the DT direct terminal, it is possible to process all types of conductor:
- Solid conductors and crimped stranded conductors are just inserted,
- fine strand conductors are connected using a screwdriver.
A particular feature of the DT series is its compact design. And yet it still offers all the performance-related features, such as:
- Maximum connection space,
- Double bridge shaft,
- Large-surface marking.
Using the direct connection system of the DT series, solid conductors are simply pushed into the terminal point. When the solid conductor is pushed in, the contact spring is automatically opened.
