PC Worx 3 is the automation software for all field controllers, remote field controllers and embedded controllers from Phoenix Contact. All the programming languages defined in IEC 61131-3 are included in the basic software package. The basic languages of IEC 61131: LD, FBD, IL can be cross-compiled directly. The program code is written in "structured text" and can be translated into each of the three basic languages within the framework of the IEC conventions. All editors have assistants that monitor the inserting of data types, function blocks, operators and variable declarations. The text editors have an additional assistant for key words and their command structures.
