M12 QUICKON connectors with high-grade steel screw connections
In the fields of food and medical technology, hygienic safety is an absolute must. But this does mean that machines are often cleaned using disinfectants and cleaning agents which are corrosive to non-ferrous metals.
Now, M12 QUICKON connectors with high-grade steel screw connections, which can be freely assembled, are available for use in this application area.
The M12 QUICKON connectors are available in a straight, 4-pos. design. There is one version for the 0.14 - 0.34 mm² connection range and one for the 0.34 - 0.75 mm² range.
Proven fast-connection principle
The QUICKON fast-connection principle has proven its worth in millions of applications and remains head and shoulders above the rest. The screw connection, strain relief mechanism, seal, and conductor conduit are integrated into one component, the union nut.
When they are screwed together, an insulation displacement contact cuts through the conductor insulation and makes vibration-free, gas-tight spring-loaded contact with the litz wire. This reduces the required connection time to a minimum.
No special tools are necessary for assembly.
