Universal device protection in the mini format - BLOCKTRAB
This Type 3 arrester for 230 V termination devices can be mounted anywhere, including in installation or distribution boxes and in the wiring spaces of devices or socket strips. BLOCKTRAB can be mounted on any level surface using fixing clips.

2.5 mm² spring-cage terminal blocks with direct plug-in method offer easy installation with minimum wiring. Two conductors can also be connected to each of the double terminal blocks by means of through-wiring.
Since the protective circuit does not influence the test result, there is no need to disconnect the arrester to conduct insulation tests in the system.
Practical approvals and design
BLOCKTRAB fulfills all important guidelines as per the VDE and IEC standards. Hence, it can be used worldwide in grounded and isolated 230 V networks.
