Roadmap to introducing an EDI connection with Phoenix Contact

Phoenix Contact will then contact the named partners by telephone or e-mail to arrange an appointment to carry out the connection and clarify technical details.
At the arranged appointment, the master data is compared. To do this, we will either send you the data from your most recently ordered items (e.g. in Excel) or you send us some data from your system which we will then compare with ours.
When all technical issues have been clarified, Phoenix Contact sets up access to EDI. We than carry out a test run with test data.
If the test is successful, both Phoenix Contact and the customer jointly activate the transmission of the business documents via EDI.
