Phoenix Contact offers different printing systems as a part of the MARKING system. This is explained in brief below.

BLUEMARK X1 for labeling of standardized UniCard sheets

The BLUEMARK is a high-speed printer that uses ink-jet printing. A specially developed UV light unit is used to dry the ink. Together with the special ink, it dries the applied ink immediately. Drying takes place without solvent emissions and without affecting the marking material used due to the effects of heat. Ejected printed material is wipe and scratch-proof in accordance with DIN EN 61010-1/VDE 0411-1.

THERMOMARK printers X1.1, S1 and W1

To match the wide range of materials that can be printed using thermal transfer, Phoenix Contact offers both a large THEROMARK X1.1 and a small printing model THERMOMARK S1 depending on the requirement and the printing quantity. Both the printers are easy-to-handle and have an excellent printing quality.

THERMOMARK W1

THERMOMARK W1 has been specially designed for labeling and assembling endless shrink sleeves. The sleeves are printed and pre-perforated to the desired length in one step.

CMS-P1-PLOTTER

Apart from label strips and sheets, the CMS-P1-PLOTTER can label sheet materials as well. Its integrated pen station eases handling and helps prevent the pens from drying out. With the P1 ENGRAVING UNIT, the CMS-P1 PLOTTER becomes an engraving machine. The module is simply mounted on the arm of the plotter and enables economic engraving of double-layer plastic labels.

An extensive material program to mark the terminal blocks, conductors and devices is available for each of the printing systems provided.

Every printing system can thus fulfill all marking-related tasks in and around the control cabinet. To ensure a high quality of marking, all the materials offered are adapted to the devices and tested for wipe resistance.
