BLUEMARK
BLUEMARK makes the quick labeling of plastic labels for terminal block, conductor and device marking as easy as a paper printout. Latest UV technology makes BLUEMARK an environment-friendly high-speed printer. It can print 10000 labels per hour. The marking is extremely wipe-resistant and immediately usable.
Automatic material feed aids easy and time-saving operation. The intelligent printer also recognizes the direction of the sheets in it and automatically turns the printing by 180° if required.
BLUEMARK is network-capable with Ethernet, but can also be controlled wirelessly using Bluetooth.
Simply connect, then insert standardized UniCard sheets into the magazine and its ready. The BLUEMARK prints the marking material using the ink-jet method. A special ink is used for this purpose. It hardens under UV light without any emissions. This means that solvent vapors are not emitted in the environment.
The UV light required for the hardening process of the special ink is generated using a UV light unit specially developed by Phoenix Contact. It functions, to a large extent, without generating any heat and hence the marking material used does not change or deform under any circumstance. Incompletely printed marking material can thus be inserted into the printer and printed multiple times. This helps in saving costs since the incompletely used marking sheets can also be used at a later date.
