Terminal marking
The terminal markers are available in strips or sheets, printed or unprinted. Depending on the version, unlabeled terminal markers can be labeled using different printing systems from Phoenix Contact or conventional printers:
- Markers on UniCard sheets can be labeled quickly and securely using the new BLUEMARK printer
- Material off the roll has been specially developed for labeling using thermal transfer printers, e.g. from the THERMOMARK series from Phoenix Contact.
- Zack marker strips can be labeled using the plotter or directly by hand.
All marking systems are characterized by their high resolution and excellent wipe-resistance. Various marking labels for the labeling of terminal block groups are available in addition to the labeling of the actual terminal points. These are snapped onto the marking grooves of terminal blocks.
Zack marker strip
The 10-section Zack marker strips are available in all pitches for effective and optically flawless marking of modular terminal blocks. They are available for labeling with the plotter system with or without printing on them.
Flat Zack marker strip
The narrow flat Zack marker strip ZBF can be used for the additional side marking of spring-cage or fast connection terminal blocks as well as for the marking of modules and connectors. Just like the Zack marker strip, it is available in all pitches printed or unprinted.
Transparent marker stripes
The transparent marker strip TML is designed for the fast, individual marking of Zack marker strips as well as flat Zack marker strips if a plotter is not available. Just like a label, TML is printed using the thermal transfer printer and glued on to the Zack marker strip.
UniCard sheets
UniCard sheets are available in all common pitches for the individual labeling of modular terminal blocks with Zack marker strip groove. The UniCard sheets can be labeled using the BLUEMARK or the plotter.
Flat Zack marker sheets
Apart from the UniCard Zack marker strips, flat Zack marker strips are available in this format. Like all UniCard sheets, even these are designed for labeling using the BLUEMARK or the plotter.
Terminal marker
The terminal markers TMT that can be labeled using thermal transfer printers can be used in all ZB and ZBF marking grooves. They can be easily removed by hand since they are pre-perforated for the pitch.
Marker stripes
The self-adhesive SK marker strips can be used on all PCB terminal blocks and COMBICON connectors. They are available pre-printed on cards or unprinted on a roll.
Group marker labels
Group marking labels help to get a better overview in the control cabinet and thus simplify the wiring and troubleshooting. They are snapped onto the ZB marking groove. Continuous labeling of the terminal points is ensured in the foot section.
Marker pins
The BN marker pins are available loose or as a set of 10 Zack marker BN-ZB with and without labeling. They are for labeling the mini marker, device and feed-through terminal blocks.
